This 32,000-square-foot tilt-up concrete office warehouse was designed to respond to unique site constraints while accommodating the client’s requirement for roll-up door access. A sawtooth south façade organizes the loading zones for efficient truck maneuvering while creating landscaped buffers that shield office tenants from direct views of the loading areas. Clean modern lines, refined window treatments, steel sun shades, and expressive concrete panel detailing elevate the project beyond a typical industrial building, giving it a contemporary, design-forward presence.
